Spinach & Artichoke Dip

I had been wanting to experiment with cooking with Greek Yogurt for a while now. I found a couple of recipes on Pinterest that looked good to me and then I kind of improvised and put it all together

Here is my recipe…

1 1/2 C of Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
1/2 Bag of Kroger frozen Spinach
1 C Quartered Artichokes
3 TBSP Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 TSP Minced Garlic
1 TSP Olive Oil
1/2 TSP Italian Seasoning
1/2 TSP Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Bake in a pie pan for 30-35 minutes on 300 Degrees.
I would estimate that it only costs about $4.00 to make each batch.

I served it with Tostitos Baked Scoop chips.

The full recipe has about 496 calories, 25 g of fat (mainly from the parmesan & olive oil), 3 g fiber, 34 g of protein, and 9 g of sugar.
